The mesh is available in five finishes: fluidized dip-coated Black, Brown or Green; raw galvanized Silver; or natural rust/patina (uncoated weathering steel). Choose from mesh sizes 2"x2" for tighter pet or small livestock security, up to 4"x4" for larger animals with better airflow and sightlines.
Gate widths range from 4' to 12' and heights from 4' to 8', making them suitable for garden entries, driveway gates, paddocks or property access. Frame options include Western Red Cedar for warm, natural rot resistance or Pressure Treated pressure-treated lumber for maximum rigidity and a smooth finish ready for staining.
Every gate includes premium black dip-coated hinges, latches and bracing for smooth, weather-resistant operation. Installation is simple — attach to standard posts (sold separately) and you’re ready. The 6-gauge mesh handles daily use, wind, snow load and seasonal changes with very little wear.

Galvanized After Welding — Why Our Welds Don't Rust
Every BarrierBoss panel is Class 3 heavy galvanized — 150 gsm of zinc, the heaviest standard wire galvanizing class — applied AFTER welding, then sealed in our heavy-duty dip-coat. Welds are the natural weak point of any welded panel: typical competitor panels are welded from pre-galvanized wire, which burns the zinc off every wire intersection and leaves hundreds of bare-steel points hiding under a thin dip-coated. That's where they rust first. Our zinc goes on after the welds are made, so the entire panel — welds included — carries full protection.
