Shipping

We ship throughout the United States. We also offer bulk shipping to Hawaii. For standard sizes in the United States, our lead time is two to three weeks from receipt of your order. Products that do not require assembly typically ship within two to three days.

The specific time it will take for your products to arrive will depend on the shipping method and the distance to travel. Please know that we will pull out all the stops to get your products to you as soon as possible.

BarrierBoss also provides international shipping for large orders. We can accommodate destinations worldwide. Importantly, no import duties are involved when shipping complete panels to states. While certain restrictions may apply based on product type and location, our team is available for personalized assistance. Cancellation

* Cancellation and Refund Policy for Assembled Fence Panels in Production*

At BarrierBoss, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services. We understand that changes in plans may occur, and we aim to accommodate our clients as best as we can. Please review our cancellation policy regarding fence panels and production:

1.⁠ ⁠*Order Confirmation*: Once your order for fence panels is confirmed, production will commence based on the specifications provided in order of the production queue. Please carefully review all custom size requests, as sales on products of this nature are final.

2.⁠ ⁠*Cancellation Notice*: Cancellations must be made in writing within 48 hours of order to qualify for consideration. After this period, cancellations and refunds will be at the discretion of management and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

3.⁠ ⁠*Lead Times*: Please note that all lead times provided are APPROXIMATE and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as supply chain delays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant changes to your order status.

4.⁠ ⁠*Cancellation After Production Begins*: If production or packaging for dispatch has already begun on your order, cancellation is not permitted. This policy is in place to ensure that we can meet the commitments we have made to our suppliers, other customers, shipping arrangements and production.
