  • Once shipments are transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns must be pre-authorized.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Some items, including custom orders or cut-to-length materials, may be final sale.
