What’s the minimum order for commercial pricing?
Orders over $2,000 qualify for Contractor tier pricing (5–10% off list). There’s no minimum panel count — we price based on total order value.
How do net terms work?
Builder tier ($5K+) qualifies for Net 30. Developer tier ($15K+) qualifies for Net 30 or Net 60. Terms require a brief credit application. Most approvals come back within 24 hours.
Can you deliver in phases?
Yes. We regularly coordinate multi-phase deliveries timed to your construction schedule. Your project coordinator handles all logistics so you’re not chasing shipments.
Do you do custom panel sizes?
On volume orders, custom cut lengths and non-standard heights are available at no additional charge. Custom colors beyond our standard 5 are quoted per-project.
What’s the lead time for commercial orders?
Standard products typically ship in 2–3 weeks. Large or custom orders may take 3–5 weeks depending on scope. Your quote will include exact lead times.
Do you work with architects and specifiers?
Yes. We can provide spec sheets, CAD-ready product dimensions, material certifications, and finish samples. Contact us for a commercial specification package.
Is the 40-year warranty transferable?
Yes. The warranty follows the product, not the buyer. Developers and builders can pass the full warranty to property owners and HOAs.

We ordered three Fort Knox panels for a privacy wall. They were easy to move, easy to build before moving them into place. Once build they look fantastic, very solid and easily installed as they measured exactly 8' wide and 6' tall once built. We used 10' 4"X4" post so we could add a little more height then trimmed the post and added post caps.
We'd like to give a special shout out to the Barrier Boss Customer Service team for being so responsive as I was getting anxious to take delivery and get them installed before my hip replacement. They said delivery would be 6-8 weeks, they delivery in about 6 weeks so I had the post in the ground and ready. Following the video instruction the install was simple, taking about two hours to build and install - amazing. We highly recommend working with BarrierBoss and being patient as the wait time is well worth it. We love this product, it looks amazing, we will be back for more fencing in the future. Thanks BarrierBoss for making the best fencing available in the market today.

I ordered several framed and finished hog wire panels as part of a deer fence project. I thought the cost was very reasonable... Due to tariffs, etc. they took a quite while to come, and I started to get paranoid I'd been scammed by a fake website (it is pretty impressive)! Thanks to CS for sending that video, very reassuring...Once the product was delivered I was completely impressed. Delivery was professional and at a reasonable cost...., The quality is amazing... My fence installer wanted to know-- who made these?!!
