Frequently asked questions

Why do minimum orders apply?
Our delivery routes are scheduled milk runs covering hundreds of miles. Minimum orders keep every stop on the route economically viable — that is what lets us offer white-glove delivery at rates far below LTL freight.
What does crew unloading mean?
Our driver and crew unload your panels at your property. No forklift, no loading dock, no equipment needed on your end. We place everything exactly where you need it.
Why do lead times vary by zone?
Every order is custom-produced at our facility — Loose Truck 2–4 weeks, Crane Truck 4–6 weeks. Standard zones are served by weekly to bi-weekly routes. Everywhere else we deliver, both Loose Truck and Crane Truck arrive in 6–8 weeks. These are published windows; most orders arrive earlier than the upper end.
Can I return my order?
Yes — standard-size products in unused, original condition within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 25% restocking fee. We collect on our own trucks at no return-freight charge. Custom, cut-to-size and special-order items are final sale.
How do I track my order?

What if my order arrives damaged?
Every delivery is covered by full freight insurance from our facility to your property. If anything arrives damaged we replace it — no claims process, no runaround.

We ordered three Fort Knox panels for a privacy wall. They were easy to move, easy to build before moving them into place. Once build they look fantastic, very solid and easily installed as they measured exactly 8' wide and 6' tall once built. We used 10' 4"X4" post so we could add a little more height then trimmed the post and added post caps.
We'd like to give a special shout out to the Barrier Boss Customer Service team for being so responsive as I was getting anxious to take delivery and get them installed before my hip replacement. They said delivery would be 6-8 weeks, they delivery in about 6 weeks so I had the post in the ground and ready. Following the video instruction the install was simple, taking about two hours to build and install - amazing. We highly recommend working with BarrierBoss and being patient as the wait time is well worth it. We love this product, it looks amazing, we will be back for more fencing in the future. Thanks BarrierBoss for making the best fencing available in the market today.

So impressive, I thought it was a scam

I ordered several framed and finished hog wire panels as part of a deer fence project. I thought the cost was very reasonable... Due to tariffs, etc. they took a quite while to come, and I started to get paranoid I'd been scammed by a fake website (it is pretty impressive)! Thanks to CS for sending that video, very reassuring...Once the product was delivered I was completely impressed. Delivery was professional and at a reasonable cost...., The quality is amazing... My fence installer wanted to know-- who made these?!!
