30-day free returns on standard sizes. Custom and special-order items are non-returnable once production begins.

We accept free returns on standard-size products in unused, original condition. Contact us at orders@barrierbossusa.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange pickup at no cost to you.
Custom & special-order items
Custom-cut sizes and special-order products (aluminum, ZM, rust/corten, steel board, etc.) are non-returnable once production begins — these are cut and finished specifically to your spec.
Cancellations
- Before production begins: full refund available minus a 5% processing fee.
- After production begins or dispatched: orders cannot be cancelled. Your materials are custom-cut and cannot be restocked.

We ship in-house throughout the United States. Lead times vary based on seasonal demand — please contact a BarrierBoss® team member for the most accurate estimate in your area.
The specific time it will take for your products to arrive will depend on the shipping method and the distance to travel. Please know that we will pull out all the stops to get your products to you as soon as possible.

Cancellation
* Cancellation and Refund Policy for Assembled Fence Panels in Production*
At BarrierBoss, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services. We understand that changes in plans may occur, and we aim to accommodate our clients as best as we can. Please review our cancellation policy regarding fence panels and production:
1. *Order Confirmation*: Once your order for fence panels is confirmed, production will commence based on the specifications provided in order of the production queue. Please carefully review all custom size requests, as sales on products of this nature are final.
2. *Cancellation Notice*: Cancellations must be made in writing within 48 hours of order to qualify for consideration. After this period, cancellations and refunds will be at the discretion of management and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
3. *Lead Times*: Please note that all lead times provided are APPROXIMATE and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as supply chain delays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant changes to your order status.
4. *Cancellation After Production Begins*: If production or packaging for dispatch has already begun on your order, cancellation is not permitted. This policy is in place to ensure that we can meet the commitments we have made to our suppliers, other customers, shipping arrangements and production.
5. *Returns*: Customized orders are produced to specification and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.

My second order of three, so far. Lovely people to deal with, excellent product.
We ordered three Fort Knox panels for a privacy wall. They were easy to move, easy to build before moving them into place. Once build they look fantastic, very solid and easily installed as they measured exactly 8' wide and 6' tall once built. We used 10' 4"X4" post so we could add a little more height then trimmed the post and added post caps.
We'd like to give a special shout out to the Barrier Boss Customer Service team for being so responsive as I was getting anxious to take delivery and get them installed before my hip replacement. They said delivery would be 6-8 weeks, they delivery in about 6 weeks so I had the post in the ground and ready. Following the video instruction the install was simple, taking about two hours to build and install - amazing. We highly recommend working with BarrierBoss and being patient as the wait time is well worth it. We love this product, it looks amazing, we will be back for more fencing in the future. Thanks BarrierBoss for making the best fencing available in the market today.

I ordered several framed and finished hog wire panels as part of a deer fence project. I thought the cost was very reasonable... Due to tariffs, etc. they took a quite while to come, and I started to get paranoid I'd been scammed by a fake website (it is pretty impressive)! Thanks to CS for sending that video, very reassuring...Once the product was delivered I was completely impressed. Delivery was professional and at a reasonable cost...., The quality is amazing... My fence installer wanted to know-- who made these?!!
