The fine print, in plain English
How much do I earn?
5% of your merchandise subtotal (after any discounts, before shipping and taxes), rounded down to whole dollars, up to a maximum of $500 in BarrierBucks per order.
Do BarrierBucks expire?
Each batch of BarrierBucks is valid for 12 months from the day it lands on your account.
Does paying by ACH bank transfer still earn?
Yes. Every payment method earns BarrierBucks, and paying by ACH bank transfer also keeps its own discount. The 5% is calculated on what you actually paid for the merchandise.
Where do I see my balance?
Sign in to your account — your store credit balance shows there and at checkout whenever you are signed in.
Do I need a special account?
No. If you order with your email address, you already have one. Just sign in with that same email at checkout to see and spend your balance.
What about returns and refunds?
If an order is refunded or cancelled, we generally let you keep the BarrierBucks you earned on it as a thank-you for giving us a shot. We do reserve the right to remove credit in cases of abuse, such as repeated order-and-cancel patterns.
Can I transfer or cash them out?
BarrierBucks are store credit: they are tied to your account, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

We ordered three Fort Knox panels for a privacy wall. They were easy to move, easy to build before moving them into place. Once build they look fantastic, very solid and easily installed as they measured exactly 8' wide and 6' tall once built. We used 10' 4"X4" post so we could add a little more height then trimmed the post and added post caps.
We'd like to give a special shout out to the Barrier Boss Customer Service team for being so responsive as I was getting anxious to take delivery and get them installed before my hip replacement. They said delivery would be 6-8 weeks, they delivery in about 6 weeks so I had the post in the ground and ready. Following the video instruction the install was simple, taking about two hours to build and install - amazing. We highly recommend working with BarrierBoss and being patient as the wait time is well worth it. We love this product, it looks amazing, we will be back for more fencing in the future. Thanks BarrierBoss for making the best fencing available in the market today.

I ordered several framed and finished hog wire panels as part of a deer fence project. I thought the cost was very reasonable... Due to tariffs, etc. they took a quite while to come, and I started to get paranoid I'd been scammed by a fake website (it is pretty impressive)! Thanks to CS for sending that video, very reassuring...Once the product was delivered I was completely impressed. Delivery was professional and at a reasonable cost...., The quality is amazing... My fence installer wanted to know-- who made these?!!
