Every order ships as BARRIERBOSS Residential Delivery — factory-direct on our own trucks, no freight broker, no depot, no LTL terminal.

We unload it for you. Most fence and metal freight shows up as a heavy pallet you have to get off the truck yourself — a forklift or three or four strong backs. Not here. Our driver unloads every order and sets it where you want it — and the heavy framed and metal panels come off on our own crane truck, never shoved off the tailgate.

• Standard-size items (unused, original condition) — returnable within 30 days, subject to a 25% restocking fee. We pick returns up on our own trucks (scheduled around truck availability), at no return-freight charge to you. Because we handle the transport, you're not liable for any transit damage.
• Custom, cut-to-size & made-to-order items — because these are built to your exact spec, they are final sale.
• Cancellations — full refund before your order enters production; once in production or scheduled to ship, a 25% restocking fee applies.
• Damaged or defective on arrival — fully covered. Every shipment is freight-insured end to end, so anything that arrives damaged is replaced or refunded at no cost — you're never on the hook for transit damage.
