CORTEN OPTIONS — Bare weathering steel; the natural rust patina is intentional and protective (no coating warranty applies)
TREATED LUMBER FRAME — Kiln-Dried, Copper-Azole Pressure-Treated; Lifetime Limited Warranty against structural failure from fungal decay or termite damage — ground-contact and above-ground retention classes, when installed per applicable building codes. Field cuts must be sealed with two coats of a copper-based end-cut preservative (min. 1% copper) to maintain coverage
CARE — We recommend maintaining exposed wood with Stain & Seal Experts oil-based penetrating stain (available from BarrierBoss) to extend its life and keep the finish looking new
INSTALLATION — Proper installation is the installer's responsibility: correct concrete mix, post-hole diameter and depth for your soil and frost line, and panels set square, plumb and level. Damage or premature wear from improper installation is not covered
MODIFICATIONS — Cutting, drilling or altering the steel exposes unprotected edges and voids the steel & coating warranty on the modified component.
Natural weathering, checking and minor warping of wood are normal characteristics — not defects
