The privacy fence that never rusts. Most aluminum fencing is see-through picket. These are true privacy panels — welded 6063-T5 aluminum in a matte black factory finish that doesn't rot like wood and can't rust like untreated steel, at roughly a third of the weight of a comparable steel panel, so two people can set a full 8-foot section without equipment.

Aluminum vs steel privacy fence — which should I buy?

Aluminum: zero rust for life, lighter handling, premium price. Steel kit: heavier-gauge feel at a lower price with our galvanized-after-welding coating system. Both use the same size grid, so you can mix lines on one project.

Can I mount these to my existing wood posts?

Yes — the panels mount to wood, steel or our aluminum posts. For new builds we recommend the matched aluminum in-ground posts.

How high can I go?

Up to 8' for full privacy. Check your local bylaw for residential fence height limits before ordering 7' and 8' panels.

BarrierBoss 25-year limited structural warranty on the welded 6063-T5 aluminum — aluminum cannot rust, including at cut edges. 15-year limited warranty on the factory matte black finish (peeling, flaking; gradual gloss reduction from weathering is normal, not a defect). Structural modifications beyond normal installation void the warranty. Installation quality is the installer's responsibility — improper installation is not covered.
